Master Mariner (Class I) unrestricted with full STCW95 (unlimited masters certificate after 21 years merchant service including 8 years as master including master of square rig ships).

Rescue Diver
Experience in marine ice areas (North Atlantic and Southern Ocean)
Extensive outdoor experience climbing/tramping
Built and sailed a 26 foot engineless vessel UK to New Zealand singlehanded. Also Southern Ocean sailing experience and a lot of sea miles on vessels large and small (including four circumnavigations)
Ham Radio Operator
Ocean yachtmaster

Tori:
New Zealand Masters certificate (ILM)
STCW 95
Square Rig Master
Ocean Yachtmaster (blue water endorsed)
Sailed as mate and master on square rig vessels to 150 feet.
Southern ocean experience
Rescue Diver
Outdoor experience climbing/tramping
PhD.
